The mission of the Sustainable
Development & Human Resources Assistance Centre (CADDRU) is
to increase the
european funds absorption capacity
of Romania.
In order to reach this objective, we focus on three
fields of activity:
Forming (training, coaching, mentoring)
Informing (news, website, networking,etc.)
Performing (consultancy, technical assistance)
These services can be supplied separately as well as in integrated
packages, depending on your needs.

Services
Depending on the investment project type, our consultants will provide
you the best financing solution and they will inform you on all the
conditions that must be fulfilled in order to access a financing within an
European program.
Once the financing source has been identified, we will establish together the coordinates and characteristics of the project and we will define everybody's competencies and tasks, establishing in the same timetable of all the activities.

CADDRU will elaborate the project proposal and all its appendixes, based
on your specific project data. Together we will adjust your project, the
Gantt graph and the budget to your concrete needs.

CADDRU does not provide all types of studies and reports, but with the help of its specialists (experts and collaborators) it can recommend to you teams of experienced architect, agricultural experts, engineers, specialists in environment or health standards who have experience in drafting documents.
For the profit oriented projects you may need, according to the project
type, paperwork such as: feasibility studies, business plan, a marketing
strategy, financial forecasts (the revenues and expenses budget, the profit
and loss account, cash flow, financial indicators) etc.

For investment projects we can provide a range of consultancy services for
drafting and verifying the public procurement and payment files
according to the procedure and criteria imposed by the sponsor. Therefore
the risk of delaying the work start-up and public procurement will be
eliminated and you will reduce the risk of possible delays in payment
delivery from the sponsor.

CADDRU will soon launch the National Professional Network of the experts
on Structural Funds, EU-RO-NET. The network will be hosted on

Our clients will benefit of free membership during the whole period of
project development carried on with us.
The EU-RO-NET network has three levels:
FORMING (the trainers network, lectors in this domain, as well as those
related to project management)
INFORMING (public authorities involved in structural instruments
management, management authorities/institutions, intermediary institutions,
certification and payment institutions organizations and companies that are
actively involved in disseminating the information, assistance centers,
informing and counseling, chambers of commerce)
PERFORMING (consultancy companies, technical and specialty expertise
providers in the domain)
The network members will have access to 3 databases with the help of
which they will be able to find a course in the domain, a consultancy
company, a new expert or a specialty services supplier.
Also, the network members will have access to 3 electronic forums in the

The theme and course support
CADDRU has developed its own curricula and a training manual adapted to the
current needs in Romania. In order to simplify the large amount of
information, the course is divided in 5 parts, according to the CADDRU
model.
Considering that the target group for this course is formed out of potential
solicitants of financing, the focus is placed on the application procedure.
We will present sudy cases and work in teams different project proposals
The course is interactive, meant to focus equally on skills, knowledge
and attitude.
CADDRU can organize courses on request , on partnership during the period
and at the location requested by the client
